We had a pretty decent stay for Christmas at this hotel. The room was clean and relatively new. It's a great location for anyone who wants to be close to the airport. The free shuttle bus to the airport, although not convenient, was a great help. The staff was friendly and always made an effort to assist us with our questions and requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we appreciated.
Communication was quite a challenge. We had trouble getting information about the shuttle bus schedule, and the hotel did not respond to our emails. We had to ask around and make a call to the hotel to get the information we needed. It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided clear instructions on how to get the shuttle bus. Nonetheless, the staff made up for the language barrier with their willingness to assist us. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. the key location near the airport was convenient for me as an international traveler to easily catch my flight. the hotel's friendly staff were always helpful in assisting me with my questions. A great advantage of the hotel is the availability of a shuttle bus service, which was super convenient. I was pleased with the hotel's facilities and amenities provided.
The hotel's shuttle service from the airport was not well advertised and I was not aware of it. I had to inquire locally to figure out how to get on the shuttle bus, which was inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access the airport within minutes. the rooms are clean and well maintained, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. Friendly staff make great efforts to help. the airport shuttle service is available, although instructions for accessing it could be more readily available.
Communication and organization surrounding the shuttle bus service could be improved.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which made it easy for us to access our flights. Our room was relatively new and very clean. It was a comfortable stay, and we were able to get a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the hotel facilities and the breakfast was delicious. we would recommend this hotel to others.
